Why is this important?

Opus Dei (*) infiltrates the Spanish legal system: two thirds of judges and eight of out ten prosecutors maintain secrets bonds with this organization, which denies the fundamental rights to «due process» and to an independent and impartial tribunal recognized by the international treaties. As human rights lawyer and activist against judicial corruption, I present this proposal for building a database of contrasted information on judges, prosecutors and other officials of the Justice Administration under Opus Dei’s influence, in order to makes them public and provide the evidence for recusal. (*) Prelature of the Opus Dei (Work of God) is a part of the Roman Catholic Church, developed to the heat of the Franco regime, that since then control the deep State. Declared a sect by the Belgian Parliament, his abuses include recruitment of minors, privacy and freedom of conscience violations, assets incorporation, corporal mortifications through wear the cilice, flagellations, sleeping on the floor, and more.
