To extend the vote - making it available ONLINE - to all the citizens of member-countries, who for any reason are residing in an extra-European country at the very moment of the elections for the European Parliament

Why is this important?

Many member-countries' citizens may happen to be residing - either temporarily or permanently - in an extra-European country, just at the time of the European elections. Why to exclude their votes, a right/duty of every EU's citizen?

Out of family reasons, I happen to be residing almost permanently in Canada, but I keep following the Union's policy along that of my own country, Italy. I also regularly participate in the WeMove.EU's initiatives.

Therefore, I ask for the right to participate online in the election for the European Parliament, just as I do - in my quality of AIRE registree - in the Italian vote abroad.
